Lora in Wonderland – Peacock Inn Bridal Portrait
Alice in Wonderland can’t hold a candle to Lora (be sure to check out the last image posted here to see the resemblence)! Her striking red hair, peaches and cream complexion, and vibrant personality, make her a dream to photograph. Then there is her stunning wedding gown. I had the pleasure to capture Lora’s bridal portraits at the Peacock Inn in Newton, NC! We had a great time spending the day together and also hanging out with her mother and maid of honor…you girls were such a big help, thank you! Lake Lure North Carolina Wedding; Lea & Chris Marry It Up!!!
Lea and Chris are two of the sweetest people I know and are a couple made for each other! I have had the pleasure of knowing these two for some time and had the opportunity to photograph them together at their engagement session, take part in Lea’s bridal portrait, and finally to be with them and their families on their wedding day! From the time of their intitial consultation to their wedding day we have all been counting down to the big moment! Their day together was so beautiful and I felt truly blessed to be a part of this couple’s love story.
Lea and Chris, you two mean so much to me and I wish you nothing but happiness and love in your marraige! Thank you for letting me be such a big part of your lives, you two are truly appreciated!!!

What: Christmas Portrait Session Time!!!

Where: Cleveland County, NC and surrounding areas
Time: 2:00-7:00pm (1 hour time slots available)
What Do I Get!!!
Sitting Fee ($50)
- 30 min. portrait session with groups of 3-5 people
- One location of your choice (your home, downtown with christmas lights, local park, etc)
- (10) High Resolution Images on Photodisc (Great for making your own christmas cards!)
- (10) Web Ready Images Photodisc (Includes studio logo- great for facebook/myspace/email/blogging!)
All sessions must be located within 60 miles from 28086 zip code. To hold your time slot a non-refundable $25.00 retainer is required with the balance due at the time of your session. If your session date is called off due to incliment weather, you may reschedule to a future date. Each additional person to join in on the portrait session fun will be charged $25.00 each.
Custom designed christmas cards and framed prints are also available to you for additional purchase. Please note that all christmas card and framed print orders must be made by Saturday, December 5, 2009, in order for you to recieve your gifts in time for christmas!

Lake Lure North Carolina Bridal Portrait
Lauren is absolutely gorgeous. She and her fiance have plan to marry in Jamaica and she chose me to capture her bridal portraits! Her fiance proposed to her in the mountains of North Carolina and she wanted to capture that in her bridal portraits. We decided to choose Lake Lure for her location and it was everything and more we could have both hoped for! The mountains as our backdrop, a beautiful cove on Lake Lure, a pavillon, lush greenery, and the leaves were changing all around us.The color was amazing, Lauren was beautiful in her wedding gown, and the day was simply romantic!
Randi & David’s Fall Wedding – Hickory North Carolina Wedding Photographer
Randi and David are an extremely sweet couple and certainly meant for each other! They gathered with their friends and family to marry in Catawba, NC with a reception following at Shufford Gardens in Hickory, NC. I had such a good time with them and their wedding party. They jump, ran, got into freezing cold water, and kept me laughing all day! I wish these two the very best in their marraige and Randi and David thank you so much for letting me be a part of your day, I truly had a blast!
Historic Brattonsville Bridal Portrait
This past Saturday Lea and Chris were married on beautiful Lake Lure….I am so excited to finally reveal Lea’s bridal session! We decided to visit historic Brattonsville (where the Patriot was filmed!) to do her session. We could not have picked a more perfect setting to do her shoot! A beautiful plantation, fields, and Lea in her gorgeous gown…simply stunning! Onto the images 
Shufford Gardens Wedding Party of the Year!!!
Today’s wedding was so much fun. I have so much to say about this wedding that I simply cant say it all in this post. From the families, to the amazing wedding party, to the beautiful church and reception venue, to the weather, to the love between the couple…simply put, it was great!!! What I will show off is the wedding party in all their glory. They were so willing to do whatever and indulged me when they said they wanted to get into the fountain for some fun shots. The water was freezing but they were all troopers and thus my favorite image of the day is created! What you dont see in this image though is the father of the groom. Later on he decided to canon ball into the fountain, it was freakin awesome…that will come later, I promise!
